This Shipping & Tracking Policy outlines the shipping processing time, delivery terms, tracking rules and international shipping regulations for all jewelry and accessory orders placed on our website. It applies to all global customers.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders require 1–3 business days for manual processing, quality inspection, and packaging before shipment. Our team carefully checks each jewelry item for defects, scratches, and packaging integrity to ensure product quality before delivery.
Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during promotional peak periods will be processed within 1–3 working days after the holiday ends. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
2. Global Shipping Regions & Delivery Time
We provide worldwide shipping to most countries and regions. Standard delivery times are estimated as follows:
- United States / Canada / Australia: 7–15 business days
- European Union / UK: 8–18 business days
- Other international regions: 10–25 business days
Delivery time is for reference only. Actual transit time may be affected by flight arrangements, customs clearance, local logistics efficiency, peak seasons, and unexpected public events.
3. Shipping Fee Rules
- Standard shipping fee is automatically calculated based on your destination country and order weight at checkout.
- Free shipping service is available for orders over a specific amount, subject to the discount rules displayed on the website.

4. Order Tracking Instructions
Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link to your registered email address within 24 hours.

Tracking update delay note: After shipment, the logistics information may not be updated immediately. It normally takes 2–5 working days for the first tracking scan, which is a normal international logistics situation.
5. Customs & Import Duties
All international shipments may be subject to local customs inspection, import taxes, duties, or VAT charges in the destination country.
Customers are responsible for any local import fees, taxes, and customs clearance charges. We do not cover customs duties for international orders. Please confirm local import policies before placing an order.
If the package is detained or returned by customs due to customer’s refusal to pay duties or incomplete customs information, we will not be responsible for losses and reshipping fees.
6. Package Lost & Missing Protection
If your package shows delivered status but you have not received the goods, please contact us within 7 days. We will assist you in checking logistics records and filing a logistics inquiry.
For packages confirmed lost by the logistics company, we will provide a full refund or free reshipment according to your choice.
7. Undeliverable & Returned Packages
Packages returned to sender due to incorrect shipping address, unanswered delivery calls, or recipient refusal will not be eligible for free reshipment. Customers need to bear the return shipping cost and additional reshipping fees.
8. Shipping Exception Description
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by force majeure factors, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, airline suspension, customs policy adjustment, and global logistics congestion.
